【摘要】:Thefollowingappliestoallspecifiedlimitsinthisstandardforpurposesofdeterminingconformancewiththisspecification.Theobservedvalueoracalculatedvalueshallberoundedofftothenearestunitinthelastright-handdigitusedinexpressingthespecificationlimit,inaccordancewiththerounding-offmethodofPracticeE29.1.1Thisspecificationcovershafniumalloyedniobiumbarandwire.1.2ThematerialcoveredbythisspecificationisR04295,niobium-basealloycontainingapproximately10%hafniumand1%titanium.1.3ThevaluesstatedineitherSIunitsorinch-poundunitsaretoberegardedseparatelyasstandard.Thevaluesstatedineachsystemmaynotbeexactequivalents;therefore,eachsystemshallbeusedindependentlyoftheother.Combiningvaluesfromthetwosystemsmayresultinnon-conformancewiththestandard.1.4Thefollowingsafetyhazardscaveatpertainsonlytothetestmethodsportion,Section14,ofthisspecification:Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
