【摘要】:ISO5347comprisesaseriesofdocumentsdealingwithmethodsforthecalibrationofvibrationandshockpick-ups.ThispartofISO5347laysdowndetailedspecifi-cationsfortheinstrumentationandproceduretobeusedforprimarycalibrationofaccelerometersusingcentrifugecalibration.ThispartofISO5347appliestorectilinearacceler-ometerswithzero-frequencyresponse,mainlyofthestraingaugeorpiezoresistivetype,andtoprimarystandardandworkingpick-ups.Itisapplicableforacalibrationrangefrom10m/sto1000m/s(higheraccelerationspossible)at0Hz.Thelimitsofuncertaintyapplicableare±1%ofreading.
