【摘要】:ThispartofISO22900providestheframeworktoallowdiagnosticandreprogrammingsoftwareapplicationsfromallvehiclemanufacturerstheflexibilitytoworkwithmultiplevehiclecommunicationinterfaces(VCI)frommultipletoolsuppliers.Thissystemenableseachvehiclemanufacturertosupportallvehiclecommunicationinterfacestoperformdiagnosticsandtocontroltheprogrammingsequenceforelectroniccontrolunits(ECUs)intheirvehicles.ThispartofISO22900describestheapplicableusecasestojustifythebenefitsofISO22900.Italsospecifiesthedesignrequirementstobefollowedbydiagnosticandprogrammingvehiclecommunicationinterfacedesigners.Thedesignrequirementsarecategorizedintodifferentlevelsofconformanceclassestoprovide:--"softwarecompliance",asetofrequirementsforexistingVCIs,whicharesoftwarebutnothardwarecompliant;--"electricalcompliance",definingallsignalsandelectricalinterfacesthatallowasystemintegratortoconnectmorethanoneVCIProtocolModuletothevehiclediagnosticconnectorandthehostsystem;"mechanicalcompliance",definingstandardconnectorsontheVCIProtocolModuletointerfacetothevehicleDataLinkConnector(DLC)andthehostsystem,aswellasdefiningacablingconcepttosupportinterfacingmorethanoneVCIProtocolModule.ThetechnicalrequirementsspecifiedinthispartofISO22900havebeeninfluencedbytherequirementsoflegalauthoritywithregardto"vehicleOBDandprogramming".TheModularVehicleCommunicationInterfacehardwaredesignrequirementswillprovideappropriatedevelopmentguidanceforvehiclecommunicationinterfacemanufacturerstomeetlegalauthorityandautomotivemanufacturerdemandswithregardtointer-vendoroperability.
